TWENTYbikes warranty all of its prodicts to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing for period of 90 days for parts and one year for complet bikes from the provable date of purchasse.
All warranties apply strictly to the original purchaser and do not cover products bought second hand.
TWENTYbikes will replace defective products at our discretion. Based upon the review of the product in question from our warranty departement.
Labour and transportation charges are not included.
Are excluded of warranty : improper assembly or improper maintenance, neglect, accident, normal wear materiel, finishing painting, bending of all parts meaning rider abuse.
The users assumes the risk of any personal injuries, damage or failures ot TWENTY products in the event that a problem is not caused by a defect in manufacturing, abnormal use or strenuous use.
TWENTYbikes will remplace the product for a period of one year from the original date of purchase for a discounter coast. According to distributors agreement.
Warranties are void if any modifications or alterations are made to the products
Warranty card must be mailed within the days of purchase to register the product.
All claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and warranty card.
